Everyone is clear that this is not a long term company

...afety here
The owner is very untrusted as he supports seniors who abuse juniors
Lowest salary in industry
When we go to HR to complain something, they also cry that they are pressurized
No incentive structure is there
They dont care for old employees. Many employees were forced 3 months notice and they lost good offers. Too bad company.
I am scared they will hold my documents too
Except metro station connectivity there is no good thing

...positive reviews. Dont believe anything. They have ruined career of many people. They also hold many peoples salary also after leaving company. And many employees have to leave company in minutes. They fire without considering anything. And after that all documents will be on hold for months. Very bad treatment. Varun and Birla are hitler. They dont consider employees as humans. HR is useless here. She can not do anything is a puppet of Ankit and Punit.
Lastly dont join the company if you are coming from different city or state. You will regret working here. And if you work here then remember that all employees get a very very bad employee feedback review when they apply to somewhere else. This was told by an ex HR to me.
...ver sales. Every second day a team member is fired or terminated without notice. They hold salary and dont give experience letters also. Most of my team membres dont got any experiece certificate even when they had good behaviors. The company is not good at all. They are playing with career of employees. And no result of complaining to directors. They are also equally abusive. One is in mumbai and one in Gurgaon. The mumbai director is not concerned about employee health. Birla is always abusing tech team. Hr cant do anything. Even Ankit Director also abuse alot.
...ice. The process is simple. They push you in PIP without any notice and warning. This decrease ur salary and then once PIP period is over.. you get terminated. When its ur time for increment, then the company will ignore u for days and weeks and months then when u decide to resign, then they will show their true colors. The directors will become ur enemy. They will show good things on face and bad on behind. When ur new company asks HR ID for your feedback, they write the most negative and wrong things in it. Never recommend this company to anyone. If u want to ruin your CV then join this company. For all HR who are reading this.. dont trust the employee reviews at all. Rather ask the candidates to share numbers of other team members as well. They will you the reality of this company. At last dont be fooled by their fancy words in interview. This company is not worth at all.
Learning Opportunity:If you have enthusiasm to work 24/7 including weekends and special occasion this is your place. You can start new initiatives with your own money.
Start Up Culture: Exposure to highly fast paced culture of hire and fire. So if you are good you will easily stay and they would want you to stay.
Lack of proper Onboarding-From day one you are expected to perform
Toxic work Culture- You need to be their to experience this one of a kind culture
Inconsistent Leadership-2 founders , 2 vision both leading their own way and people don't know which one to follow . The one who abuse more always win.
Low appraisal and demanding work hours- no appraisal or less than 10% and 24/7
Lack of resources and support- I started with 15 members now only 6 were there when i left and no body wants to join.
Disparity between office: Mumbai office govern the decision making
Absence of Hr during my tenure so i had to take up that role for my team
Negative exit experience:They provide many unfavourable background verification which impacted the future career prospect of former employees
