The job security is the worst; even if you work hard, there's no assurance. The company might terminate you without prior notice. You could put in effort one day and wake up the next to a termination email, rife with politics. Such a worst company. Don't get into that company please my kindly request, go for some other company for job security.

You could put in effort one day and wake up the next to a termination email, rife with politics. Such a worst company. The company might terminate you abruptly, even after dedicated efforts, often influenced by internal politics. It's not a recommended choice. Please, consider other companies with better job security.
