...thorised people are paid very well even after having no knowledge of the work. Salary paid by them according to the work you do is terrible. No respect for thr the hard work you do. I had worked for 2 years but I had not offered a pay raise even once. Very bad management and bad communication skills. HR does not proper work and they themselves are not much knowledgeable people to deal with.

People’s and staff is very supportive and specially in accounts team very family like background people in that team will never let you down terms of professionalism and in personal they are always with you I am glad and lucky to work with them

Bonanza portfolio is like u r waiting for the opportunity and here it is cool and calm managers and HOD very educated and experienced ppl can be maximizing knowledge from the HOD

There is nothing you would like working in bonanza portfolio its like quiting the job when you spend your 1st day on job over here, this company is having all family members at higher position every member has different opinion on working style, worst experience working with Ach*# G#el, Ap#rv* G#*l don't trust on there HR they hire you for something and make you work for some other thing, there condition is so pathetic sales team is sitting in a iron container located outside the company building, less salary paid, several client complaints, caferia is worst even the roadside stall has better food menu & options compare to them, tenured people are here mostly because no much work to do & people who have worked here won't get hire elsewhere

The main office in goregaon is so shaddy building cant even compare with any low profile corporate office its that kind of pathetic condition, single washroom on each floor for each of gender work culture is complete disaster people who have started their work experience from here, will find very difficult to work in actual corporate & people who have started their work experience from outside and join this company will feel like exiting this company asap
