...thorised people are paid very well even after having no knowledge of the work. Salary paid by them according to the work you do is terrible. No respect for thr the hard work you do. I had worked for 2 years but I had not offered a pay raise even once. Very bad management and bad communication skills. HR does not proper work and they themselves are not much knowledgeable people to deal with.

No respect and value., Hr never respond to you, They create a hype of work pressure, They force to work over time and call you saturday sunday in the office., If you are taking leave they markdown your performance poor., Office politics.,

This company is good where you can work for money but not for professional growth. The culture is more like family business or known people 's venture, not much professional approach. But I enjoyed a lot ,as my known people were there. 😊

not a good company to work for I worked under DPA (initials scared to disclose their names) they are not good people to work under, they drain you emotionally and mentally and drive you to tears, they are not at all sympathetic they like to make personal remarks on the colleagues and I have seen many people come and go. very high turnover ratio The person whom I worked under were very harsh always belittled me and made me feel bad, they never let any person leave on time they would scold the person and force them to come early before time and leave very late I most of the time would be forced to come at 8 am and leave at 9 pm sometimes and 10 pm. my timings are 9 to 6 and they never allowed people having proper lunch whenever people went for lunch the senior would call them and scold them for taking their lunch time hence eat lunch on desk and endure their torture. Yes I got to learn a lot but if you are ready to let you emotional and mental health to detoriate please go in this company they also made many personal remarks towards me and I endured. I got the opportunity 1st and I left the organization. I want to warn everyone and please read this before you join this company.

People’s and staff is very supportive and specially in accounts team very family like background people in that team will never let you down terms of professionalism and in personal they are always with you I am glad and lucky to work with them
