The company’s questionable practices involve assigning full time salary to trainees , who later discover that after three months of training, they are expected to work on projects requiring 5 years of experience. This is facilitated through a false identity , exposing employees to potential legal consequences .

Company providing good packages for technical profiles. Options to work on multiple and easy to complex projects is good for devs who want to learn more. Work life balance is good here. Hybrid model is good for devs.

Company is changing its policies but it fine because due to this company started following market standards.

Learned a lot of tech skills from projects which I contributed. Tech team members are very supportive and ready to help.

Performance feedback was not disclosed during my employment but now they have opted for monthly feedback in their internal system.

The best part about working with Bonami Software is that one never fails to learn new things and grow. There are a lot of opportunities of learning and growing in your professional as well as personal life.

The one thing which I personally dislike is a little uncertainty in regards to job security.

Bonami Software is an excellent company if you want to get exposure and learn a lot in short amount of time.This exposure is at the expense of your hardwork and there could be times(ocassionally) when your limits are tested.This is a good thing if you are a fresher. The development team environment is excellent.

Dislikes

They have service agreement that bounds you to the company.You might learn more than any other company but this can be seen as a con. Management is fine 65 percent of times.So obviously there would be instances when you wouldn't like their decision as those decisions are not employ centric. There are frequent change in policies of bonami software and that can be a issue sometimes.
