Banking process is old need to be upgraded, while performing well sudden termination of employees that was not eccept able.

All the people I like worked were very kind and humble they teach you everything possible and help you resolve everything. Very understanding seniors and supporting staff. They respect everyone from seniors to sub ordinates equally. They provide fast and satisfactory services to customers.

My bank Bombay mercantile co operative Bank is excellent in overall rating,work life balance,job security,skill development,work satisfaction,,and company culture but promotion policy not good I am working in Bombay mercantile co operative Bank last 37 years.in 37 year service in Bank last 27 I am working in recovery of loan and advances and also recovery in NPA a/c last 27 years my follow up is very strong in last 27 years thousands of overdue a/c recover in overdue and NPA a/c and I am not avail leave in 37 years in entire service period 4 time lapse leave when I retire in my service more than 300 leave lapse not avail because of bank

The best thing of Bombay Mercantile bank is a job security is 100 % and environment is also very healthy for all. I have learned so many things with my seniors and my team mates.

Growth is very slow. Manager never ever appreciate ur work.
