BIS management is very terrible they deliberately transferred all staff where they unable to join and there is no any option for employee but to resign. In such a bad condition they forced their dedicated employees into the unemployment. No job security at 0.01%. This is a family business and not a company, only the relative of the management can survive there. The culture is only anti Maharashtrian, policies are anti worker. Unnecessarily held the salaries and waiting the employee go out. And eats the poor peoples salaries which is hard earned. If you have professionalism suggesting not go for work there. Only corrupted people needed there as they should need push money in their throat.
