I like the way of working here,I like the people here,I think the company is very good but there is something wrong in this company,who don't think well about other about junior,then the Think is themselves as the owner of the company and senior don't think about junior.

...nagement.Because some people are thinking bad for company bad for company image.salary is less but career growth is high.

Late sitting, salary is less , increment is less, working here feels like we are labour ,access to family and friends are restricted, work pressure is more, no holiday's between 1 to 10 of every month even on sundays, halfdays are not allowed, salary get hold if we are not coming on 9 & 10 of every month.

Late salary by 20 to 25 days No professionalism No job security Increment on the basis of 10% of basic nd DA No leave policy mean no EL or CL in case of absence direct deduction of 1 day salary PF deducted at basic and DA rather than minimum wage of states fr employees

.... They never give compansation of extra duty or Holiday/National Holiday duties. They didn't provide even salary slip to any employee. Deduction of huge hidden charges from his employees salary. You imagine how is this company 🤔. Company management behaviour in respect of employees is worst.

Nothing to like about this company. No salary slip is given, salary deductions on leave even if you're sick.
