The food for staff is the only best thing about this hospital.

Dislikes

The salary for nurses is very less as compared to other multispeciality hospital. The staffs are made to work overtime due to severe staff shortage.

Likes

The hospital will provides the employee for a safe environment. And the accomodation and food facilities for the staffs are good .

Dislikes

For icu nurses there will be continuous 12 hours shifts and weekly once they are providing off. And a senior junior scenarios are following. For a freshers not giving proper orientation regarding the hospital policy before they are starting to working in the firm.

One thing is good that they provide accomodation within the campus and food is good and healthy for us.

There is shortage of staff so that's why workload is more on nursing staff and payment of staff is so less than there work.
