Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

About BFLtd.:The company is not open to innovation, but freshers can get better experience than any other company. About Career Growth: this company is suitable for getting experience for freshers, but I suggest don't stay in this company more than 2 yrs.

Seniors are provides proper way to going and very helpful in nature.The company is very helpful in improving our soft skill and apply basic knowledge.

Dislikes

Basically its close die forging and no improvement in process.In case of technology company is lagging from another FORGINGS company. The work safty is very poor and no any allowances and no PF cut from account.
