Growth is too slow, During appraisal, there is no faith on the employee, always forced to follow the procedures which is not acceptable, forcefully asked to accept. After leaving job old employees are taken in granted....

Management lack of business acumen leads to slow down financial growth. Company hire competent people and tell them what to do instead asking them what to do.. No social facilities like canteen, employee events, employee motivational activities.
