No salary cut or firing is there Even company is facing huge cash crunch and being acquired by Alstom, on contrary it's hiring people.

Yes few people have been put on third party (Question) payroll which caused bit uncertainty among employees.

Ontime salary, apart this nothing good I have noticed.

Dislikes

All support functions are third parties, that you have personally followup. HR department cheats employees easily. Office place was borrowed from one and only supplier in Hyderabad. End of 2019 they managed to have their own office space in Hyderabad. Management recruits employees mainly from aerospace domain, and most of them were not even capable enough for basic applications testing. Supplier company in India has failed to achieve proper delivery targets from more than a decade. Now it seems recently the company had opened their eyes and trying to fix their mistakes. But with incompetent resources & management, it is like heavy work loads, unrealistic schedules & 24/7 work on few competent resources. And the tricky part is, though on getting Rating 1 in appraisal, management decides same percentage increment to all employees of the company... :). I have never seen this type of company & work culture in my whole career.

Bombardier is company to grow with balance of work and life. Work culture is very good and professional.

Dislikes

No reward policy. Compensation and hike missing. Always firefighting mode. Planning and store is weak part which creates all to suffer.

Salary is better in the industry 5 days working, mostly no overtime Short term overseas assignment for some roles

Currently under Massive transformation. The organisation structure changes too often. There are significant company politics. Increment is fixed, as per inflation.
