Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.

No disturbance on weekends at least. And planned leave without questions

Problem in taking uncertain leave. Less compensation Takes advantage of a laid off employee False commitments and denials after that.

One of the worst Decision i have ever had in my life, they believe in ruining your technical career with all means. It's so sad and obvious to see Fake Reviews by HR's

...and delaying appraisals, fake HR policies, Only Technical Debt and support work. half day salary for delays.

Bold is a very stable company so, organizational hierarchy allows you to grow at a slower phase in your positions but financial growth opportunities are really good in Bold. So, overall no major cons in the company, everything is good.

Sad to see Hr busy writing fake reviews instead of doing their actual job.

Bad culture with frequently hire and fire, company have no stability and pay cuts. Sort review with low rating, to know real side of this company.
