Constant fear of fire, they believe in hire and fire. No appraisal and leaves approval. Toxic managers and HRs. Long working works. No remote facilities.

Only good for freshers to learn what kind of company they need to stay away from. Stay away from 10 feet pole. They just spoiled the experience and good resources.

Problem in taking uncertain leave. Less compensation Takes advantage of a laid off employee False commitments and denials after that.

Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.
