New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...o the growth in the company because she is a self obsessed and selfish women. Your pay will be less then the basic salary and they will not even give you an increment after the time period mentioned in offer letter. They don't even pay your FNF.

Micro management. Over intereference from management in each & everything. No job security. They can ask employees to resign at any time without any specific reason, no matter how well you sincere & disciplined about your work.No matter your performance ,irrespective of that they can ask you to put resign at any time. & if anyone really wants to join this company then be ready to loose & sacrifice your mental peace. I worked here for 5 months from Jan 24 to mid of June 24.In this 5 months I obsereved their is no appreciation or encouragement for good work but the management will pressurize you without specifying the need or expectations of the project & they are doing this things for their own benefit. Really very toxic workplace.
