...e management is transparent. There is a huge canteen. Company policies are good. They give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decend but career growth is very slow. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Gas based boiler which is very reliable and stable because CO gas, blast furnace gas and LD gas is used in power plant.

Dislikes

Corruption is very extreme because contract workers is trapped under corruption i.e approx 30 percent of the own salary is returned back into the contractor.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
