Can't talk about whole organisation. But my team and the senior level all are very humble and approachable. Environment within the team and collaboration is also good. WLB is very great.

Dislikes

...and sometimes even after 3 4 hours of meeting SOW is not confirmed COMPLETELY. Appraisal and salary is on little bit lower side of the market standards no stock benifits. They don't celebrate festivals won't celebrate holi or diwali which BOEING US employees do atleast diwali BOEING US celebrate in the office. Here they celebrate Christmas which is good but avoiding out major festivals is not a nice gesture as US folks are also celebrating it.

Work life balance, Job security except this pandemic time. Compensation is okay but can be improved Average Bonus/hike was given even during this pandemic.

Less opportunity to grow, No skill development and no new learning Old technology which is okay for big firm like Boeing but sometimes it annoys people

1. No salary and comnunication from customer since August 2022 2. No call even calling other teammate daily 3. Customer is running interview daily whole the day and marking attendances. 4. No perks no marriage no child 5. No email reply even after multiple and regular emails in daily basis.

No salary and no communication because I am a person. But hcl siemens boeing project is running due to my knowledge and experience in java selenium automation testing UNIX sql automation selenium python.

Team is good Salary and other benefits are good Free food ,transport if working from new campus

Embedded software team works form new office which is pretty far near airport Need to leave at 7 am from home Some projects no work life balance

1. work life balance. 2.Technology stacks are in Java and .NET. 3.Health policies are good . 4.you have option to pursue higher education . 5.Good company for individuals seeking employment in leadership and management position such as scrum masters, product mangers and project mangers .

Dislikes

1.Not a good company for software developers in terms of growth and salary . 2.Mostly senior executive are non technical and their decisions and actions align with this perspective . 3.Credit of developers work often goes to non technical folks . 4.Sad to see , managers are adversely impacting the company's reputation in India .
