There is a lot to learn, skillful work and workers and senior technicians are very helpful. Canteen and bus facilities are good

The salary of contract workers in this company is very low. The facilities they get are very less and they do not get much respect. Although an I T I skill worker, he does not get salary according to his skills. This is the reason why some highly educated people give low status to these ITI workers and do not make them permanent.

Not good as MNC management, ctc looks good but actually salary is much lesser than ctc it include company travel 4500, lunch 2000, and others so u r ctc is good but actually salary is very few. 8lpa ctc takes 40k per month salary

Salary levels are generally okay.

Highly unprofessional environment. Leadership is highly autocratic in nature. Language used even with officer grade people like us is abusive and worst. Not at all a good place for working if you are working in Supply Chain, Production in this company. No systems are in place. Bobst as a group is good. But indian counterpart has lot of management issues.

...ing sincerely. Every month due to misunderstanding between company and contract. 3rd party employees are not able to get their salary in time.

I don't like management policies on expanse during customer visit. Bobst have to give complete freedom for expanses when we are going for customer visit
