work life balance is quite good here as I am working from home permantly, I can work extra in my comfort zone as its working hours are flexible, culture wise also good, you will get a lot more learnings while working.

Dislikes

Salary and promotions are not as good, you have to work harder and same time you have to be visible on managment eyes then probably will get good hike and promotions, as If I talk about personally I work hard and also get good ratings from my lead but in appraisal from it changes to average so I have assumed my visibilty is less due to work from home so I get very less increment. It could be change from another persons its just my assumption.

There are very few things which you might like about this company that is the timings at which you can come to job this might also factor to some people.

Management doesn’t know what they actually want, but they want it now and promotes toxicity and heroism culture.

I loved working at this place I would suggest you if you are going you must be effiecient to collaborate with different -different developer ,and be ready match their coding style otherwise work will not approved for merging and get delayed without reason all all other developer expect that you will work same as he or she does .

Dislikes

I really hate the thing is that PR of codes and it it is very strict ,sometimes you do same as other person did but in your case code is redundant
