BOB financial work is good. But there is no promotion or career. There is no salary increment. Even We do not have a pre-approved list through which we can make calls.Even after submitting proper income proof documents the limit is very low

...lled people who occupies senior positions who is working in bob for 15 20 years. I seen lot of people got their salary cut and force you to leave the job by giving unprofessional pressure from senior positions. Not a good place for learning. Ok for people who just need a job without expecting career growth.

Job security-though there is frequent threats from MD and senior management, They rarely terminate employees.

Dislikes

...ies would ever do this. Unbearable sales pressure and no incentives. Its funny. So many levels in sales are absolutely irrelevant and some are just drawing salary in lakhs with nothing much to do. Senior sales management have no work to do , the only work what they have is attend con calls and grind employees who work under them. HR is awesome and very supportive. Overall company is good but its in the wrong hands. All the picturing of better sales, better profit, Tabit may not be true. Parent bank will realise this in the coming years.
