There is nothing to like since last year when few top level management people were hired.

You will not get the hike here No hierarchy Performances are not acknowledged No hr management Once you are in. You cant leave this company without hassle Management takes subordinates for granted and no 2 way communication Low skilled manager may destroy your career here. No worth to work here. Everything is fake here which looks great from outside

1) The Work SOPs are way too weak making a simple task way too lengthy, hectic, and monotonous, 2) Apart from the marketing Dept. The culture in other depts is way too toxic, coupled with pressure, late-night demands, and no respect for personal space. 3) Criticism is more than constructive feedback, with no such appreciation 4) They put so much pressure on interns as well. 5) People here are not really welcoming towards new joinees 5) Made me left the brand within 20 days of joining
