Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I joined BOSSE post Covid-19 due to a long break and having 4person in the family but having 22yrs work experience I felt there are very much lapses in rules & regulations. I like only the qualified staffs are working very hard but due to lack of job satisfaction 4 staffs already quit the job among 10 staff members.

Dislikes

There are lack of policies and some highly objectionable rules & regulations, no rules for promotion, increment of salary. If anybody like you from top officials than your service is ok. Hard work doesn't matter only buttering to the top leadership is the guarantee of service.
