I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The company is quite good to work but since it is a captive service based company, the latest technologies learning opportunity is very frequent. I had good experience in learning perspective though i got good explore from on shore team and handling the client.

Dislikes

People are wired, they are arrogant in nature if you are out of pune person. Managers will make u fun in front of everyone and make laugh everyone. Managers behaves like fresher.

no consideration of long term employees. work overload, unnecessary expenses for managers and infrastructure but no seat for employees to sit. domination, partiality, unnecessary meetings panicking employees, no proper requirement sharing, not giving time for analysis,always giving tests for employees, too many prod issues, over time weekend supports with no it. no hike, always low rating, micro management etc
