no consideration of long term employees. work overload, unnecessary expenses for managers and infrastructure but no seat for employees to sit. domination, partiality, unnecessary meetings panicking employees, no proper requirement sharing, not giving time for analysis,always giving tests for employees, too many prod issues, over time weekend supports with no it. no hike, always low rating, micro management etc

Little peace in work.

Dislikes

Company is hiring freshers on salary around 14 lakh to around 33 lakh but they dont have money to provide the same to their senior employees. Since Robin Vince join the organization company started discriminating towards senior employees. It looks like they want all the senior employees to resign the organization and just want to hire freshers to cover them.

No learning, no proper KT given, favouritism among old people No job security, one day you are told that your job no longer exists due to global restructuring, forced to come to office

... good annual hikes, bonuses and annual gifts. 42 leaves, nice medical policy. Employer retiral contribution is separate from the CTC, hence whole CTC comes as in hand salary. It provides company sponsored accesses to learning sites like udemy, plural sites and certification courses. Work life balance is good. Free tea coffee and evening snack.

No or very less chances to travel onshore.

Dislikes

Chennai people’s unethical politics to save their people even though they are not up to mark. Favouritism and benefits to Chennai people . Most of the management sits there and it’s partial to Pune people. Firing and ratings occurred in October 2018 was not completely talent oriented. Company just wanted to downsize the count to introduce contractors. But this lead to fear and uncertainty in technically good people as well. Chennai people gave biased ratings any many of good Pune guys got affected.
