...ot of people have big work tenures due to job security and regular decent hikes. One big hold back is the bonus structure, this is really nice.

This is not a place for aggressive professionals looking for learning new skills and technology updates every few months. Quite a traditional organization, which believes in no quick changes. No onsite travel opportunities now.

Everything is good with so much scope to improve.

Company keeps talking about global leader stuff. Like salary, insurance, work life balance and blah blah. But the fact is they are just around average level of everything.

The company and its management is poor performing. The onus is fully on employees for BAU activities and the managers are meant mostly to approve timesheets. Pays very very poorly compared to IB peer's. Hires mediocre candidates at least prices and creates a terribly underperforming workforce. Job security is none, since in case of incidents employees are blamed entirely and then fired. In my experience so far, people just appear for interviews at BNYMT but no intention to join since it is at the bottom of the IT outsourcing industry in terms of payscale and learning- growth opportunities. Overall pathetic company.

very low salaries, Poor management, lack of growth opportunities, underperforming workforce, no work life balance.

Salary or compensation is less. Work life balance shall be appreciated. My manager always provides work based upon incidents created paved the way for AE deployments. Identified quite shortly and posted in the group. Many challenges met during conversations during decommissioning procedure. AE deployment is major achievement for the year.

Dislikes

Work satisfaction and communication problem happens inspite of thorough work handling process being not accomplishing on time.

In equal distribution on work , pramotion and salary , in the last 2 years there were n number of freshers and there is only new hiring and the existing resources are exploited. They new joine have better pay than seniors and trainers. The position they got through promotion is now an entry level position. This leased no work satisfaction.
