So many things has changed. Too much of cost cutting. Sodaxo card benifit has been discontinued, CCD machines has been removed, laying off the employees. Poor transport service in which employees are stuffed like anything on back seat. Right now people are working here because there is no other option.

It was a wonderful organisation which would be help to learn financial type of things then salary and appraisal was good.They given the soft skill training more over development training also given which will be useful.

Growth is not there.work pressure is very high.they are not given training for that much.

Bny is a good place to start a carrier as a freshman but as a permanent employee to have a bright future and growth

If someone is recruited as a temporary employee on a third party pay roll. He/she doesn't have job security irrespective of hardwork you have done. Also the management may not be fair depending upon the kind of manager you get

Starting as career Bny is best but only the negative points are salary hike worst and pramotion is worst then that as their are people on one post since 15 yrs how the new guys will get chance to explore don't know about other process but Transfer agency is worst if you are planning for long term other then these 2 points other all things are best

Pay-scale is low, upper management is arrogant, no work life balance, made us to work for 13-14 hours daily. No leaves were granted. Managers need to improve their behaviour with subordinates. Attrition rate in team was too high
