In BNSE they have a great working culture and peaceful environment. Once we get enter into BNSE you are offering to learn more things related to your career. Employees are no need to worry about the job safety if you are good in technical and discipline waise.

There are lot of dislikes like descrimination, politics, religion etc. local people takes more power and cornering others. Too much politics and management culture is very worst. No growth in work and knowledge. Ruling people can take any advantage like late coming, gaming during office hours, talking, taking more break. Others who are other part of India need to follow all rules.

No Job Security. If u perform well in the work and Projects,That's Doesn't Matter . If HR like you,U will be having Job, If not U can assume one day u will be targeted for a silly reason and u will sending out . Zero % job security. 100% Politics.

Less work pressure. Good work life balance. flexibility in timing.

Basically you work only on wood structures which has limited scope in India and this experience will not be considered in other companies like in RCC and steel. You have to deal with office politics for your growth. All lot of politics based on language, region is going and if you are the one who is not good in these cheap politics stay away. No job security. Indian management keeps on changing every year and company don't look stable.
