BNP pays salary slightly higher than service industries, but less than other investments bank in India. So salaries are not competitive.

Salary benefits little low than comparable to industry standards No cabs provided. At least point pick up and drop would help employees travelling quite long distance from office

Outdated technology stack in most projects. No efforts for compensation correction to market standards for existing employees

Good work culture and environment. Appraisal is good based on performance with salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Management issues like other companies apart from this excessive work load with lot of pressure and too many manual work. So no work life balance, it is based on my experience it might differ from other team.
