Nothing much just freshers salary not so up to the mark but you will get there eventually i would say go for it.

As an entity the BNP is a very good place to work with, the opportunities are wide and learning scope is humongous. In terms of job securities it is highly appreciated, the employees are encouraged to take up new challenges and are given opportunity to explore new roles and responsibilities across businesses lines.

No growth and no good hikes they want to have automation done but they won't pay good if you are in application support so don't try bothering putting your best just be like average and spend your time up skilling yourself .

They will put you in PIP when cost cutting will happen. There is no job security here. No individual employee benefits. You can not talk to HR directly. They sit in secret room.

It has Beena good experience so far, they are a people friendly organisation . people are good, management if friendly. They hear you out in case of difficulties. that's what is important

Basic salary component is very low so HRA exemption cannot be claimed. LTA is part of salary component. however they give other benefits like food allowance, WFH allowance
