They will put you in PIP when cost cutting will happen. There is no job security here. Also once you leave the company, you cannot join any other Bank or Bank supporting company like SBI or TCS or TechM due to their Non-poaching agreement for 1 year. No individual employee benefits. You can not talk to HR directly. They sit in secret room.

Salary benefits little low than comparable to industry standards No cabs provided. At least point pick up and drop would help employees travelling quite long distance from office

Old stack of technology in most of the project. Stagnant growth of you are a fresher or earlier days of your Career. (But depending on the project you might get a good technology)

Good work culture and environment. Appraisal is good based on performance with salary hike and bonus every year

Management issues like other companies apart from this excessive work load with lot of pressure and too many manual work. So no work life balance, it is based on my experience it might differ from other team.
