Outdated technology stack in most projects. No efforts for compensation correction to market standards for existing employees

The company really care for thier employees.The compensation we get is good.Also we get decent hike in yearly appraisal.For female partners BNP other benefits as well.Over all my working experience was very good.

BNP removed few roles and have minimized the hierarchy.As a result employees have to wait too long to get eligible for next role.

It has Beena good experience so far, they are a people friendly organisation . people are good, management if friendly. They hear you out in case of difficulties. that's what is important

Basic salary component is very low so HRA exemption cannot be claimed. LTA is part of salary component. however they give other benefits like food allowance, WFH allowance

Too much work pressure work 14-16 hours 50% time of the month. Salary bar is too low as per the company fresher (Associate) get 2.9 lack CTC
