Yes ...it's great company to work, work-life balance is there , people are friendly in nature , mobility is there , learning is good

Compensation and bonuses should be more attractive with market alignment with other investment banks

Company provides good benefits like Bonus, Cab facility and monthly food balance. Work life balance is OK, but sometimes load can be there.

Politics,lack of decesion making management of CIB APS for employees betterment.

...s / tasks / major decision making. No value / recognition of work by Managers. Disparity in designations and salary (it is not based on experience and knowledge) No proper team structure. HR team is very negligent. No value for qualifications / degrees.

The work culture is good, nonmonetary benefits like pick up and drop facility, bus service, canteen etc

Less Package as compared to Industry, Work is very specific to the organization and is not helpful for growth in future
