Even VPs are fighting to keep reporting lines direct due to some nonsense and employee unfriend scope rationalization, monopoly Director voting system introduce for promotions. No vote, no growth managers and some AVPs sit and do BAU without having any reporting lines 0 execution of managerial capability. OTCD settlements space under a lady sr leader is EXTREMELY TOXIC. People spend 12-15 hours daily, which is still not enough and there is daily nitpicking, screaming and micro managing by her and her one downs 0 dignity left for employees. Only promotes her favourite ex-JP Morgan gang everyone else is third class. Pathetic bonuses and promotions but employees are asked to stay motivated and make 0 error Job security is also soon to go away they are moving process to Manila soon eClerx seems like heaven compare to this org.

Company provides good benefits like Bonus, Cab facility and monthly food balance. Work life balance is OK, but sometimes load can be there.

Politics,lack of decesion making management of CIB APS for employees betterment.

...s / tasks / major decision making. No value / recognition of work by Managers. Disparity in designations and salary (it is not based on experience and knowledge) No proper team structure. HR team is very negligent. No value for qualifications / degrees.

Less Package as compared to Industry, Work is very specific to the organization and is not helpful for growth in future
