...s / tasks / major decision making. No value / recognition of work by Managers. Disparity in designations and salary (it is not based on experience and knowledge) No proper team structure. HR team is very negligent. No value for qualifications / degrees.

The work culture is good, nonmonetary benefits like pick up and drop facility, bus service, canteen etc

Dislikes

Less Package as compared to Industry, Work is very specific to the organization and is not helpful for growth in future

Pay & work life balance has been good.

Dislikes

Very poor culture. Management lacks foresight and spine to take decisions based on circumstances. They don’t encourage open and easy culture. SOP driven always. Not goal oriented

Respectful to all employees. Management supports the staff for new learnings and enhancing their skills. Employees can move departments every two years. Great place for job security.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are only for the select few top talents. Compensation is way below market.

The work culture is good. Team is also good and very supportive when you are new or stuck somewhere ☺️.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good. They are not following the slab for position wise. E.g. Some time they are hiring Senior Associate with the pay of associate or low. Otherwise it is good to work with BNP Paribas and you will be find opportunities to grow in the organisation.
