Almost zero perks except Hungerford Highly not suitable for freshers and mid senior level in terms of growth opportunities. Political game to the core at higher management and senior management level Many associates are sitting without a single promotion though performed well for the past 8 to 9 years

...The bonus structure is good. The hike is as per industry standards. Free Sodexo. The amount won't be deducted from the salary. Free insurance.

Dislikes

Partiality. Politics. Hard work never pays off. If it does then it will take a huge amount of time. A person has to be diplomatic. Groupism. If you can manage these things then it is a pretty good company.

...r recovery. Stressful work life. Literally no time for personal life. I hate it. Don't join bnp paribas even for high package. Lot of politics. No proper team culture. No IT or job training direct project and pressure like anything. They did Not consider employees as human beings. Money oriented.

No proper team culture. No training or KT for job. No job security. No career growth. Wrist work environment. No work life balance at all. High politics. Legalities politics. North politics.

Company is not Employee Centric at all. It doesn't provide much benefits to its employees, low salary packages, no Diwali souvenirs, doesn't accept normally accepted investment prooofs.

Likes

Good company, good benefits like bonus and good insurance benefits. WFH reimbursements and canteen allowance.

Dislikes

Compensation is not upto current market standards hence people switch. Very difficult get highest rating in Annual Appraisal. The best I have seen (including myself) people getting 3 (on a scale of 1-6 with 1 being highest) . HR connects with employees need to be more frequent.
