Nothing it is the worst company I worked there more than 45 days they didn't even give salary for even 1 day... I called them many times I called even director , Head Hr but no one responded. I was calling them continuously for salary can you imagine they all bloked me.

Nothing to likes BNM = scammer/ fraud company "The hiring and firing system primarily employs fresh graduates and those from outside the state or city, making them easier to exploit. They do not provide salaries and may ask employees to leave without valid reasons."

Worst company never join totally they will scam with you Amrik and Praveen are the worst individuals I have ever encountered. Even after meeting the targets set by BNM Primose, when you ask for your incentives, they start targeting you to force you to leave the company. Their primary motive is to avoid releasing incentives. The most shameless aspect is that Amrik Singh, who is directors at BNM, harass and mentally torture employees to drive them away. He is the most toxic person I have ever encountered, "Praveen Hariramani needs to learn how to treat employees properly." As directors of this company, we are not receiving salaries for free; we are working hard and achieving targets. Karma will eventually catch up with them.
