only salary is time to time

very bad mess, bothering from local persons, Mr . JK Shrivastva from HO is given more preference to local persons which is headache to outsiders . HO as well as site management has not giving support to employees . Mr JK Shrivastva is only thinking for BNK profit and and not for employees for that reason the company has stopped the employees tea facility . man power shortage is regular problems . HO and mr JK Shrivastva has clear order that senior person should not order to his juniors for asking any work and for that junior persons are challenging to seniors sometime juniors are came for biting to seniors .. think twicely before coming BNK Porbandar site

The HR of Mejia (WB)site is good.Site incharge is not responsible for his duties.

Dislikes

The company's culture is very bad and salary is also not paid on time. The management is very bad.Sometimes they do not even provide salary slip.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
