only salary is time to time

very bad mess, bothering from local persons, Mr . JK Shrivastva from HO is given more preference to local persons which is headache to outsiders . HO as well as site management has not giving support to employees . Mr JK Shrivastva is only thinking for BNK profit and and not for employees for that reason the company has stopped the employees tea facility . man power shortage is regular problems . HO and mr JK Shrivastva has clear order that senior person should not order to his juniors for asking any work and for that junior persons are challenging to seniors sometime juniors are came for biting to seniors .. think twicely before coming BNK Porbandar site

The HR of Mejia (WB)site is good.Site incharge is not responsible for his duties.

Dislikes

The company's culture is very bad and salary is also not paid on time. The management is very bad.Sometimes they do not even provide salary slip.

Good colleagues. Learning was fun because I have always loved my passion for electrical. You have to travel various sites. Work life balance would be really good.

Had a really bad experience working for this private firm.they do not pay on time.and there is no value for your work niether new ideas are accepted by management.
