They have a very loyal and trustworthy work culture. They will provide training for technical skills upgrade.

Dislikes

Management is still thinking with age old wisdom of making employees work till every second that they are supposed to. There is no vision for most of the products run in house. They'll spend bare minimum on infra but expect devs to build something scalable, robust and magical.
