Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The work atmosphere and the management. It is very clear what is expected from me and my job. The reporting system is also good and allows us to do our job with minimal interference. I am happy the company has confirmed my job.

Some times we have pressure of work and need to work longer hours to complete month ending as deadlines are strict. But company offers snacks and compensates when work load is less. The previous accounting team did very poor job in maintaining the books which we need to now clean up so pressure is high

We got to travel to Dubai every 4 months. During our dubai trips we stayed in nice locations and the company arranged many fun things for us to do. We did a dessert safari, Burj khalifa tour, dhow cruise, hot air balloon, visit to dubai parks and Bollywood park- along with dinner and drinks at the CEO house. They treated us like family
