I joined the company as an intern- over 6 months the training, accountability and learnings I got were amazing. At the end of my internship I was offered a job above market salary and am very happy here

The work atmosphere and the management. It is very clear what is expected from me and my job. The reporting system is also good and allows us to do our job with minimal interference. I am happy the company has confirmed my job.

Dislikes

Some times we have pressure of work and need to work longer hours to complete month ending as deadlines are strict. But company offers snacks and compensates when work load is less. The previous accounting team did very poor job in maintaining the books which we need to now clean up so pressure is high

An excellent place to learn and grow. You reap a 100 fold to what you sow in this organization. My personal and professional career has grown with an amazing culture of work life harmony. The management and the staff are of pleasant personality. The company lives by 8 core values WOW, Growth, ALL IN, WIN-WIN, Passion, Make it Happen, Loyalty and Work-Life Harmony which I like the most.

The absolutely amazing work culture. Over the years as the company has grown, the core values has become a very important and integral part of everyone working in the organisation. It has become a melting pot of different cultures with a place of work that is fun, flexible and focussed on company as well we personal growth.

We got to travel to Dubai every 4 months. During our dubai trips we stayed in nice locations and the company arranged many fun things for us to do. We did a dessert safari, Burj khalifa tour, dhow cruise, hot air balloon, visit to dubai parks and Bollywood park- along with dinner and drinks at the CEO house. They treated us like family

Dislikes

I wanted to transfer to dubai office but the position was not open. I had to leave as moved to my home town as my mother was sick. I would go back and work any day
