It's not IT hub it's like Tuglak darbar kind of managers, Toxic work culture, micro management, no role clarity, politics is too much, no process, no wfh, no job security, no value for hardwork. overall don't get fooled looking at BMW brand. Serious professionals stay away from joining..

The CRM at Andheri Service Centre is pathetic, dumps all work on the Asistant CRM and her team.She is always stuck in the Gm cabin and gossips about her team and other people makes the team stay till late. he Gm also pampers and encourages her .No value for hardworking people.

Bmm company is very comfortable to work and working atmosphere good and co worker Hod is very friendly. I was very lucky to work bmm.

Best Employee Award number should be iimplement in each section wise.Every plant Bagfilter system and housekeeping need to be improve. Plant internal Audit need to be Implemented strongly.
