Here I worked since many year Doesn't get any increment. Not giving satisfies salary and security per work what they gave. Food and average employment is getting through this company that's it.

Dislikes

Leaves not alowing yearly 30 or else. We getting Sunday's and monthly 1 emergency leave. We using my bike only for this work company doesn't gave their vehicle in hospitals. 9 hours in the day we working. Not secured from the accidents and all.😔

It is good I can't say bad it cherishes many memories they all are in friendly in nature, well known organisation in orthopaedic all the orthopaedic surgeons in region are very close to that group it is a vast group maintains their regular aspects . In one word I can say it is better than my previous job.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,it has work pressure and there is no training for fresher like me when I joined no any senior folks will be there
