Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I liked the staffroom which was positive always our ex principal madam was very cooperative with teachers all the staff use to crack jokes enjoy work and each others company there was nothing like senior or junior anything no pressure at all if you do your work sincerely you can enjoy your work and life both

Dislikes

Dislike the management no appreciation for hardworking no carrier growth no proper increments When you need the support of the management in this situation of pandemic they have not given salary for last 3 and half months I protested then they told meet when school reopens salary is basic if you are good salary then don't join if you want balance between work and life you can join
