People also tend to love a job that's easy to balance with their personal life. When you have the ability to unplug from work, you get a chance to recharge and unwind. Professionals who are always checking their email or answering phone calls on their personal time tend to experience burnout. When you have the chance to spend time with family and friends and pursue hobbies, you'll feel ready to face a new workday.

Dislikes

I enjoy my current position, but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. We've had high turnover, and I can feel the whole team's mood dip when we receive an email that, yet another person has left. Otherwise, it's a great office environment and I've enjoyed all of the projects and work.

New and Challenging Projects to work on, exposure to senior government client which helps develop personality, confidence and knowledge.

Dislikes

Too Much Travel and workload, Assigning of work without giving too much thought. No entry and Exit plan before bidding for a project.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
