No proper coordination in between Department. Arrogant behaviour of management. No proper response given to customer after purchase order, Salary increment is poor.

Good work culture and colleagues are very supportive. All precautions are taken in this covid 19 lockdown condition as prescribed by Government. Full payment is given in current lockdown condition. Director is very supportive. Company give chance to make suitable changes which can benefit company work culture and productivity.

Only payment increment is not up to the mark.

While working in our company, i learned more about technical Skills and working knowledge too. The way of approaching is too good and also it helps me to do correctly. I loved my job role. I would liked to thankfull to our company and senior staffs too for making me a good engineer. Thankfully by Rajesh.B
