There is s lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

The work culture is top notch, Compensation is very just and there is no delay meaning we don't have to run around for it, Administration is very friendly and approachable. It is one of those companies which is very employee centric and works to ensure employee welfare.

The only opportunity I saw was that there needs to be more easily available skill development programs for the employee.

BMC is a really good company to work with some great facilities and good infrastructure in office premises. Plus they offer various add on facilities apart from your CTC.

Dislikes

Due to recent news of a split between BMc and Helix, they are focusing on cost cutting and future is quite unpredictable here as Helix may be acquired by some other organisation which can be good/bad.

... is good company but if you are in BMC SAAS department then you are in nuisance. Management think that just moving people here and there and firing them from JOB is their work and getting salary for it. New joiners are getting frustrated here within 3-4 months.

BMC needs to match the salary of current employees as to what we are getting in the Market. that is the only drawback I see
