You have to change many thing in your company if you really want to think grow up.Firstly respect the literate person, giving them the work for which they are appointed,appoint a manager whose background is technical, working houris more as compared of salery .Even I am an engineer but my salery is less and working hour is more in compare of workers.Really you have to think and must be think about this.....

One more thing some people are very dangerous for your company ,please don't provide the room to the employees, your rooms are very worst .

Company MD behavior is very good helping in learning new skills and how should work. I am happy that I learn lots of thing.

Working environment is not good because some planning and seriousness is require every employee with honestly. Every person require do planning for best. But this is possible that they see our future in that place.
