...among employees. There are also concerns about how the company handles payments. For example, a former colleague did not receive his full salary in his final settlement. It was only after he mentioned publicly on LinkedIn that the company settled his dues. This incident reflects poorly on the company’s ethical practices.

The company culture really needs a lot of improvement. There's no transparency with the employees at all. For instance - the employees were recently misled about the anonymity of a recent employee survey conducted by the HR team. Despite assurances that the survey was anonymous, responses were tracked, and those who provided critical feedback were noted, raising concerns about transparency and trust within the organization. All sort of personal/professional informations related to the employees are disclosed and discussed with the other team members.

They provide misleading information about incentives and variables while intentionally prolonging the appraisal process, resulting in significant employee discontent. Despite this, there's been no communication regarding the timeline for our appraisals and variable disbursements. They consistently cite management discretion, causing financial strain among employees and potentially impacting mental well-being.

One of the worst experiences ever. Poor management and unprofessional HR. Culture issue, parking issue. Only the leadership team is growing in this company. Team level employees should not expect growth. No learning and development opportunities, no growth. Not recommended!

The culture at Blupine is extremely bad. The HR passes negative feedback about former employees to their future employers thus attempting to jeopardize their career. No confidentiality is maintained by the team and everyone's compensation or personal issues are disclosed and discussed with other employees. Once you leave the organization the ongoing stress is overwhelming. The management remains silent on these issues thus leaving employees to deal with the HR's oppressive management style with no recourse.
