Blujay was good untill e2open was took over. Employee centric and quick adaptability earlier.

...r is changed from product base to service base. No respect to current employee. They are ready to let the go current employee but want to hire new employee with double salary.

Timings are flexible, afternoon lunch with coupons , good product based company, good annual bonus, salary on time. Good work from home facility. No Dress blujay solutions now part of E2open company sep 21.

No gym, no quarterly parties. Cab facilities only after 8:00 p.m.No trainings on new technologies.

I joined in Blujay Solutions through campus placement. The first thing to talk about are the people in Blujay are very friendly and supportive. Beginning the career in product based company like Blujay Solutions is very educative . Work environment is good. Work Life balance also is good.
